Why you shouldn’t skip accessory work 🏋🏻

1. Most people have a muscle imbalance in basic movements. Accessory work helps the “weaker” muscles catch up to the stronger muscles.

2. Some accessory work and drills help isolate the different parts of a more complex movement so you can target your weakness specifically

3. If done properly, you’ll develop an awareness of what it feels like to use certain muscles that you otherwise compensate for without realizing it
